- Not misuse or abuse the platform, riders, or support staff.
- Accept that ViraGo is a delivery platform and is not liable for the contents or condition of parcels delivered.
4. Service Terms — Riders

5. Core Services Terms
ViraGo offers specialized services which are subject to the following rules:
- Send Parcel: The base service. Riders will pickup from point A and drop at point B. Parcels must be packed securely.
- Buy For Me: Riders can purchase items on your behalf. The estimated item cost must be paid via the app or directly to the rider as agreed. ViraGo is not responsible for the quality, warranty, or expiry of items purchased from third-party stores.
- Multi Drop: You can add up to 5 drop locations in a single order. The route is optimized automatically. Ensure someone is available at each stop to provide the delivery OTP.
6. Prohibited Items
The following items must NOT be sent through ViraGo:
- Illegal drugs, narcotics, or controlled substances.
- Weapons, firearms, or ammunition.
- Explosives, flammable, or hazardous materials.
- Perishable items that require special handling (unless specifically arranged).
- Cash, gold, jewelry, or high-value items without prior arrangement.
- Any item prohibited by Indian law.
⚠️ ViraGo is not liable for any loss, damage, or legal consequences arising from delivery of prohibited items. The customer bears full responsibility for the contents of their parcel.
7. Payments & Fare
- Fares are calculated automatically based on pickup-to-drop distance, parcel size, weight, and applicable extras (fragile, urgent, etc.).
- Customers can pay via Online (Razorpay), Cash at Pickup, or Cash at Delivery.
- All fares shown at the time of booking are final unless there is a change in parcel details or a change in drop location mid-transit.
- ViraGo deducts a platform fee from each completed delivery and releases the remaining amount to the rider.
8. Strict No-Refund & Cancellation Policy
⚠️ Important: ViraGo operates a strict No-Refund Policy. By booking a delivery, you agree to these terms.
- No Refunds: Once a rider has been assigned and is on the way to the pickup location, or once the item is picked up, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
- Customer Cancellation: You may cancel an order only before a rider accepts it at no charge. Canceling after a rider has accepted the order is not permitted or will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
- Failed Deliveries: If the receiver is unavailable or unable to provide the delivery OTP, the rider will wait for 10 minutes. If the delivery fails, the customer is still liable for the full delivery charge, and returning the item will incur an additional return trip fare.
- Exceptions: Refunds are only initiated automatically if no rider accepts a prepaid order by the 6 PM cutoff, or in the case of a technical payment gateway failure (e.g., amount debited twice).
- Refunds for technical failures will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment source.
9. Limitation of Liability
ViraGo provides a platform to connect customers with independent riders. To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- ViraGo is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to parcels during transit.
- ViraGo is not liable for any delay in delivery due to traffic, weather, or rider unavailability.
- ViraGo's total liability shall not exceed the fare paid for the specific delivery in question.
10. Intellectual Property
The ViraGo app, branding, logo, and all associated content are the property of Satyapara_Concept. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.
11. Changes to Terms

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of ViraGo shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Maharashtra, India.
